CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Please note that only registrations cancelled in writing will be granted a refund. Cancellations in writing will be refunded as follows:
By 17 April 2019 – Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30,00 €.
From 18 April to 16 May 2019 – 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30,00 €.
From 17 May 2019 – No refund of registration fee will be granted.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat via e-mail: sas2019secretariat@leading.pt
Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
Registration payments made by bank transfer will only be validated upon receipt of a copy of the bank transfer, this payment proof should be sent to: sas2019secretariat@leading.pt
