All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
Registration payments made by bank transfer will only be validated upon receipt of a copy of the bank transfer, this payment proof should be sent to: email@example.com
